With a specific interest in gender and sexual orientation, I am in charge of promoting the Volunteer Training Program in several Universities in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.

I am a Social Worker with a Bachelor in Social Work studies, and I also took an optional module in Gender Studies.
Member of the Equality and diversity for young people between 18 and 30 platform (Projet D) in the French-part of Switzerland and member of the prevention team in the Vogay association (French Association of people who are concerned with homosexuality issues) in Lausanne, I love giving my time for social projects. Responsible for the Youth Program in the Swiss German part for BEYOUNETWORK, I wish that we can open people’s minds and hearts together, for a better inclusion of diversity and gender, allowing everybody to be completely themselves, everywhere in Switzerland.

Après ma participation au premier événement de BE YOU NETWORK en 2010 à Bern, j’ai eu l’envie de faire bouger les choses !
Depuis 2012, je suis membre du comité de Juragai (association homosexuelle mixte de l’arc jurassien), j’ai participé à l’organisation de la deuxième gay pride jurassienne, créé une campagne d’affichage contre l’homophobie et la transphobie, organisé des actions de sensibilisation dans les écoles et pleins d’autres événements sur les thématiques LGBTI. J’ai toujours axé mes actions sur les jeunes en phase de coming out qui vivent souvent des moments forts.
Je suis heureux de faire partie de l’aventure BE YOU NETWORK pour construire une société à l’écoute des besoins de chacun.

Audrey GaspariAudrey Gaspari
Je m’appelle Gaspari Audrey, j’habite dans un canton sublime, le Valais. Je travaille auprès d’enfants en tant qu’éducatrice de l’enfance depuis 2015. Les thématiques LGBT m’ont toujours intéressées, intriguées. Je cherchais une association qui ne faisait pas que de défendre les droits et les devoirs mais qui visait un public large en parlant et en expliquant ces thématiques au grand jour. BE YOU NETWORK correspondait totalement, j’y ai trouvé une motivation et une satisfaction. C’est pourquoi j’ai rejoins les bénévoles en 2014 et je suis extrêmement contente et motivée de continuer ce chemin avec eux. L’union fait la force et le changement à du bon.

Je suis assistant en soins et santé communautaire en hôpital depuis 2011. J’ai depuis toujours de l’intérêt pour aider et servir mon prochain. En complément de mon travail, je cherchais à faire du bénévolat dans une association à but social et j’ai tout de suite trouvé le bon équilibre avec BE YOU NETWORK. Les thématiques LGBT m’ont toujours intéressées et j’ai décidé de m’engager à fond pour faire comprendre ce sujet aux gens et qu’enfin chacun puisse vivre en étant lui-même !
Un pays où chacun avec ses différence peut vivre en harmonie est un doux rêve qu’il faut tenter de rendre réel.

Assistant Deputy Secretary for the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools at the U.S. Department of Education from 2009-11. Currently Executive Director of the Arcus Foundation. Jennings holds degrees from Harvard University, Columbia University’s Teachers College, and the Stern School of Business at New York University. He became a teacher and was named one of fifty „Terrific Teachers Making a Difference“ by the Edward Calesa Foundation, he also came out as gay to his students. In 1990 he founded the Gay and Lesbian Independent School Teachers Education Network (later changed to the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network), which seeks to end discrimination, harassment, and bullying based on sexual orientation and gender identity. In 1992 he was named co-chair of the Education Committee of the Governor’s Commission on Gay and Lesbian Youth in Massachusetts. Jennings has authored six books on gay rights and education, including one which won the Lambda Literary Award.

Head of Impact Evaluation at Quadia, an impact investment management company based in Geneva, Sophie is in charge of the impact measurement of the portfolio, as well as the impact assessment of new business opportunities. Before integrating Quadia, Sophie worked at IGNIA, a pioneering impact investing fund in Mexico, as well as an Advocacy Officer at World Vision in Paris. She has a Master’s degree in International Public Management from the Paris School of International Affairs of Sciences Po. She is advising Includeed on the financing and structuring of the company, as well as on the impact evaluation of the operations.

As a technical officer at the International Labour Organization, Jürgen provides advice to the organization’s constituents, including employers‘ organizations, on issues of recruitment, retention and professional development of persons with disabilities. Previously, he had been working at the Austrian Federation of the Blind and Partially Sighted as its officer for international cooperation. He holds a master’s degree in economics from Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona and one in political science from Leibniz University, Hanover.

Gib Bulloch is Founder and former Executive Director of Accenture Development Partnerships (ADP), a corporate social enterprise hosted within Accenture. Since 2013, ADP has brought Accenture’s business and technology expertise to the international development sector on a not-for-profit basis and has championed the concept of cross sector convergence. ADP has gained recognition as a pioneering new business model through various prestigious awards and is featured in an INSEAD MBA Teaching Case on social innovation. Gib is a regular blogger and speaker on cross-sectoral partnerships/convergence and has played a key role in promoting the emerging concept of social intrapreneurship.
